Shipping

We use DHL as our primary shipping provider and other couriers applicable to your region. All shipping includes tracking. We cannot ship to a PO address by Express courier, or leave an item with ‘authority to leave’. All orders requiring delivery to Sth.Africa and Sth. America will be sent via DHL. We try our best to make sure your order arrives and also reserve the right to cancel orders should a shipping destination be unachievable.
On dispatch a confirmation email will be provided with shipping details.

On all our products there is a standard 1-year warranty from date of purchase, please refer to specific products for further information. Due to demand, your order may take up for 5 weeks to ship.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned by courier with tracking details provided.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should safely package the item and return with tracking details to 16 Davison St St, Richmond 3121 Victoria Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and tracking details must be provided. The product is your responsibility until it is received in our possession. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive and may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
